Non-refundable Services

Services that have been completed or are in progress are non-refundable. This includes any custom work, consultations, and services where significant progress has been made.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for services that have been partially completed. The amount will be determined based on the work completed up to the point of the refund request.

Full Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made within 7 days of the service start date will receive a full refund. This applies to both one-time services and recurring subscriptions.

Partial Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made after 7 days but before the service is initiated will receive a partial refund, minus any administrative fees. The amount of the partial refund will depend on the specific service and the time elapsed since the purchase.

Non-refundable Cancellations

Services that have already commenced are non-refundable but may be subject to a prorated charge based on the services rendered up to the cancellation date. This ensures fair compensation for the work completed.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
